Large-scale feminine portraits rooted in strength, mystery, and emotional depth.
THE FEMININE REIMAGINED
Sally Khoury creates large-scale portraits of women crowned with blooming florals and layered symbolism. Born in the U.S., raised in Saudi Arabia, and trained in Lebanon, she brings a multicultural lens to the evolving landscape of feminine identity. Her work centers women as self-contained and grounded in their own power, using intentional floral elements to reflect the strength, complexity, and independence of the contemporary woman.
Her figures invite the viewer to pause and meet them with attention.
Each painting is built through layering and bold palettes, with florals used as emotional markers. Faces are partially hidden to soften individuality, allowing the figures to become universal and open to personal connection. In this way, viewers are able to see themselves, or women they know, reflected in the work.
Sally’s work is collected internationally for its sense of power and timeless beauty, offering art that asks you to slow down, lean in, and connect with the layers beneath the surface.

CUSTOM WORKS
Some collectors choose to commission a custom painting.
These works are created through a collaborative process and reflect the same intention, symbolism, and visual language found throughout my practice. Custom pieces are available on a limited basis.
If you’re interested in creating a custom work, I’d be happy to discuss it with you.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
A contemporary artist based in Doha, Qatar, Sally creates floral portrait paintings that explore the complexity of the feminine inner world. Her work is collected internationally for its unmistakable visual signature.
“The women I paint reflect the contemporary woman today: her strength, confidence, and independence."
Collectors often describe the work as something that reveals itself over time, pieces they return to and notice differently as they live with them.
